The research will focus on combining optical design and computational methods for optical measurements at very high spatio-temporal resolution, with biological applications.
Successful applicants will have shown original creative work in one or more of the following topics: super-resolution microscopy, computational imaging, optical system design, microfluidics, machine learning.
Developing cutting edge labeling methods in living cells using CRISPR-dCas9 and super resolution microscopy.
Biological related Engineering degree
